I have been married for 30 years and am the father of two beautiful daughters, and my biggest supporter and love of my life is my wife Kathy. I have been photographing for approximately 30 years. There is nothing I enjoy more than being outdoors on location photographing wildlife and scenic photography. I love the West and Southwest where the quality of light is warm and nothing short of wonderful. It is in these areas that I feel most at home.

I use Canon EOS equipment exclusively, including EOSIV and EOSIN cameras, and 28-135IS and 100-400IS zoom lenses, and my favorite lens, a 600mm F4IS lens. What I enjoy most about my passion is that while concentrating on my photography, everything else is blocked from my mind and I can truly relax, enjoy the moment and take in all the natural world has to offer.

The good Lord has offered us plenty to behold if we but take the time to withdraw from the pressures of everyday life and drink in the beauty of His creations.
